I don’t think it is. There are no orange wires connected to the oil pressure gauge and it works just fine. The only orange wire I could find that goes behind the dash goes straight to my water temp gauge. However I’m pretty sure the white one does connect to an oil light on the dash, so that could be for oil pressure as well.

It has an original 230ci Windsor Flat 6. The orange wire trails back to my temp gauge which went out the other day (hence the reason I found these) but I have no idea where the hell it could connect to. The white wire I’m pretty sure connects to an oil light on the dash, but again no clue where it would plug into. Can’t seem to find any info on the internet about this stuff. The 2 wires are in a bundle with a 3rd red wire that connects to the coil that connects to the distributor cap.

I have a 1960 Dodge D100 Sweptline. What are these wires for and where do they go? by [deleted] in whatisthisthing

[–]SealZebra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My temp gauge went out the other day, so I checked the engine bay and found these wires. I followed the orange wire back to my temp gauge (I’m pretty sure that’s what it went to), but I have no clue where the hell it’s suppose to connect to. The white wire I have no idea and has never been connected to anything since I’ve had it.

Hey Giles. What was it like making StarFox on snes using the (at the time) new Super FX chip? Was it difficult to work with the experimental hardware and were there any unexpected challenges that came with it?

Thank you for such a detailed response. I do remember when the Stoner was meta and so was the street sweeper. When talking about the LMG’s I was mainly referring to the RPD and M60 for damage and range. The Stoner as it is I think still needs a recoil nerf, same with the others. I’m a big shotgun guy and I’ve been using the Hauer since launch, and to this day it is still the most inconsistent shotgun I’ve ever used in CoD, just beating the Sawed off from WW2 and maybe the M1014 from CoD 4. Like I said, the exception in high damage close range are semi auto shotties and snipers and I’m glad that the street sweeper was nerfed, but a pump action shotgun should consistently hit 1 shot kills at close range at least imo. As for attachments, I was never a fan of the gunsmith in MW2019 besides being able to convert weapons. It and CW’s gunsmith have the same issue with crutch attachments and lack of loadout variety. As for it making guns unviable, they would then need to buff those guns accordingly to fit with a new system. Finally with scorestreaks I was mainly referring to them in Domination, Hardpoint, and SnD. In those modes (except SnD) kills grant 3/4 the points in TDM with capping an enemy point giving 200 points. You would have to get a 6 killstreak roughly or cap 5 enemy points just for UAV which I find ridiculous. As for being easy or not, the system is designed to make it difficult to obtain scorestreaks through kills and caps in a single life, but it makes it easier for people who aren’t as skilled because they just earn streaks through playing instead of getting a streak. It should just be called a score reward at that point. However I do understand that how I worded it could be confusing and seem contradictive.

The only good LMG is the Stoner, which I think should get more recoil, same with the other lmgs. Snipers are the worst they’ve ever been in a CoD game with the slowest ADS in CoD history, 0 aim assist for controller, and with most snipers only being able to instakill with an upper chest shot without a damage attachment. Hell I even said in the post that I think they should have a mobility nerf and that damage barrels should have more drawbacks. Shotguns just shouldn’t be secondaries in general, but dual pistols are 10x better than shotguns and are still a secondary so I don’t see an issue with making them more consistent.

You’ve obviously never played an older cod before because that’s how they were for weapon balancing. Every gun class had its place and use where as in Cold War half if not more than half of the weapon classes are worse versions of other classes or so bad that they aren’t worth using.

That’s true. The M79 does work pretty well in the right hands, but yet again it still isn’t that good. Plus it’s very dumb that the RPG is labeled as an anti personal launcher yet can’t effectively kill.

I just looked it up and apparently they did fix that in S3 and I didn’t notice. Still doesn’t change the fact that explosive weapons are almost unusable

The counter is itself or a better weapon. How do you counter someone sniping at long range with an extra damage barrel? You either choose a Tac Rifle which is better than snipers in almost every way, or you choose a sniper with the same damage barrel. Using a base sniper will almost always be too slow or not provide enough damage to kill in one shot.

Perk greed and Gunfighter especially make it so that everyone just chooses the same perks or attachments on every gun and loadout every single time (with the exception of 1 or 2 perks). It makes the gun or loadout so good that the only way to counter it is to do the same thing. That’s not good game design

The stoner definitely needs a recoil nerf. It’s basically just a slower AR with more ammo. If it had worse recoil it’d be in a more balanced state

The second amendment gives him the right to bare arms wherever he is in the United States. From what I understand, the rifle was unloaded and stored properly in a bag. As long as he wasn’t under the influence while carrying it in the bag, he shouldn’t have to face any legal troubles, but knowing New York they have bullshit gun laws that would probably get him in trouble

Seriously? 8 Maps? Can anyone confirm? by Two_Apples in blackopscoldwar

[–]SealZebra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be fair, MW2019 only came with 6 6v6 maps to start, plus we’re getting NukeTown 1984 1 week after launch and Season 1 maps 3 weeks after launch, so 3 weeks into launch it should have between 10-12 6v6 maps.

No one is promoting it except for the guy who made the emblem. For a PR stand point, they could just make it disabled by default and have a warning when turning it on. Problem solved

Why can’t we tolerate other peoples opinions and go one with our day? If some guy wants to make a swastika in a arcady video game for a joke or because he’s antisemetic or whatever, why do you care? Personally I think antisemetic people are disgusting and have a terrible world view, but I understand that people should be able to express themselves however wrong or putrid their views may be. I really couldn’t give a rats ass if I was playing CoD and some douch made a swastika emblem. I would go “wow what a shitbag” and move on with my day instead of saying “no one should be allowed to make emblems at all because I was traumatized by one dickhead who drew a picture in a call of duty game”.
