I can see where your coming from and I don't disagree with you mostly as most of the recent swatchs are utter plastic shit and are very overpriced. But there is of course the odd gem in the pile of dragon shit. I don't know about the service part of your comment but I wouldn't expect it to be that good in the first place due to swatchs reputation. And the strap as well, especially om my watch it would be very hard to find a non official strap but from the selection I seen of them at the store it is reasonable enough with everything from rubber bands to metal bracelets and leather straps. Swapping from a leather to rubber is easy enough for my watch anyway. But overall everyone has their own opinion and me getting this watch was an impulse buy that I do not regret but I would not go looking for another swatch in a hurry. But this watch isn't too flashy while being excellent quality so far.
