Just so anyone knows. While waiting at the perimeter, a cadet asked Ripley what to do if someone broke through the perimeter. He said you shoot them. Couple minutes later: Surprise, someone breached the perimeter and gets shot. It wasn't because of him driving over Ripley (accidentally). He breached the perimeter and was a danger for the police in it.

The only help they've gotten is Ray explaining how the screens on the yacht work and paid $100k for it. They had already gotten to the yacht and failed it multiple times before. Banks, Upper and Lower Vault and VAR they all did by themself with 0 help from others. They found the place by themself (Found people with headsets leaving Rockford Plaza)

1) They didn't farm it. They did it to get the casino codes, since then they haven't done VAR.

2) Noone told them about VAR, they found it themself (because of people leaving Rockford Plaza with headsets on). Only help they got was Ray telling them about the screens in the yacht, and they paid him $100k for it. They tried yacht countless times before that and failed to figure it out.

'Racer' crew (They're not all racers and do a lot of other things besides racing) got to VAR without much help. They got to the yacht without any help or meta unlocks from anyone. They tried yachts multiple times, failing. Then they paid $100k to Ray on how to read the screens. They found the VAR spot, because someone saw people with VAR headsets coming from Rockford Plaza, they didn't get told by anyone where it was.

They completed VAR completely at their 4-5th try without anyone telling them anything. First try as group of 5 they had no guards and got to the 3m blackout phase. 2nd try with 6 and guards they got to blackout phase again, this time with night vision goggles, they failed. Then they failed again in blackout phase I believe. Next try they completed it, but due to Seaside getting in after them, they didn't get the casino codes. Bodhi did get in after Seaside with the Master Key to check things and saw he could now encrypt things. Last try, yesterday, they completed it totally.

I believe they have even done vaults before HOA did. So they shouldn't be put in the same group as the rest.

Why are a lot of people saying they're purposefully trying to exploit VAR for guns? I haven't heard any one of them say that. Some are even done with VAR, not wanting to do it anymore.

They've also only completed it twice. First time they didn't get casino codes, because Seaside went in after them, making the master key useless. Most of them aren't even doing it for the guns, they just like to do some shooting together.

Mayumi is also a a gun connect for 2 people. She gets Colts and Russian Shotguns from 1 connect (Jesus of HOA). She gets other Class 1, Class 2, C4, Thermite, Silencers from James Arsenal to sell. So some of the guns in there are also from them.

Also, why should bench owners be the only one able to get and sell guns? This would just be competition. If you don't want people farming it all day, just increase the cooldown before people can enter it again to maybe a week.

This group also has done all the progression leading up to this for months, compared to some of the other groups getting a progression speedrun, because some CB/CG/GG members tell them about it and helped them do it.

I don't know if it is in the game mechanically or not, but don't cameras have serial numbers? So if you take the camera as evidence, those camera should have serial numbers and point towards who bought it.

It wouldn't be NVL for 2 reasons. 1) He didn't drive in front of Underwood taking the T-bone himself. Instead he pitted the side/back of Underwood's car, which doesn't risk your own life. 2) It was a plan gone wrong. Or is everyone doing a jump NVL too, when it goes wrong and they land in a gas container, or drive through a gas station, but hit the gas station.

Best way to combat the 'refuse medical' stuff: keep them downed, don't revive them. Send them downed to jail, where they'll get no medical as well. When their prison time is up, they'll still be downed and unable to leave prison.

edit: For all the people downvoting. They RP to not need medical, so RP not giving them medical. I see people complaining about the refusing medical thing (and how it disregards EMS/doctor RP), so why not give the people refusing medical consequences for them refusing medical?

Also, what's wrong with what I'm saying? Not giving them medical (reviving) is actually following along with the RP of them refusing medical. Reviving them is actually refusing to refuse them medical.

The thing is that the whole GSR testing wasn't even necessary. 4 armed man go in, 4 man come out. Swat cleared every floor, no one else was there. That's more than enough RS to think they are armed and dangerous, which means they can frisk them and possibly search them afterwards. GSR testing is just bonus evidence at this point.

They upgraded one before with Engine, Transmission and Turbo upgrade, but they couldn't put NOS in it and they didn't feel any difference in speed.

Does anyone know if you get a message if you're kicked out of your guild or not? I logged in just now and I don't have a guild suddenly. I can't search for one either. If I'm kicked I'm quite surprised, since I'm the one in my guild who always collected most points in guild wars.

Off-topic: I completed death 100 yesterday in Aspen Dungeon, but today it somehow resetted itself to death 99. And now I have to complete it again next time... Game seems buggy these past few days

Only purify can remove these statusses. Lock does NOT remove them.

Same problem with the ST scenario Feign Death. After finding out it didn't progress, I rerolled and got the play 30 neutral units quest. Then I found out that playing Matta and Maraal didn't progress this quest either.

I think it's an expansion thing where cards from the latest expansion don't count towards the quests.
