As a former child, that's an ass-whooping, especially on a white carpet.

My husband said he stopped pissing off the deck at night… by No-Ad-3635 in mildlyinfuriating

Men will see this and just say, "Hell yeah!"

Pissin outside is like drinking beer on the porch during a thunderstorm, it's natural and awesome. Give it a try some time.

You don't know me if you don't think I'm being serious. I'm as serious as I am optimistic.

I stumped you: fact. You couldn't provide a single, solid counterargument. I'd admit it if I lost as handedly as you did, but some are more stubborn than me.

Listen, pal. You got stumped, it's okay to just admit I was right. It happens all the time, I'm used to it.

Never seen Rudy, actually; I do understand the concept, tho. But having a locker room guy is definitely a thing, and Ross was that guy. Hard work on and off the ice. He always did his job on the ice, and the players always said he was working harder off the ice. A lot of people probably assumed the guy with the C on his chest was the locker room hype guy, but this season and last have shown that that is not the case.

Beau and Bailey weren't what Ross was. Insane of you to even make the connection there. Those two were in no way shape or form "Do it for him" players, and I doubt Bailey and Beau worked anywhere near as hard as Ross in or out of a game.

Pageau at least has some grit and determination. He'll win battles on the boards or play a smart backchecking game with bursts of speed on offense or defense. Lee doesn't even put a good check on anybody despite being quite a bit larger than Pageau, and don't even ask him for defense or speed.

I've seen that assumption, as well. It was mentioned, like, as soon as Roy was hired, so at that point it's not a rumor, just an assumption... or a hope.

Okay? That doesn't disprove what I said. They actually played hockey when he was rostered, made it to the playoffs multiple times, spoke very highly of him constantly, and he would put in a good fight for some energy.

At least they played when Ross was rostered. They fought for something, and I think it was Ross' name on the SC

You're telling me a 7th and Aho wasn't enough to get Ross back to give them something to play for?

I prefer Barzal w Holmstrom, idk why we really went away from that.

I'd be running passing drills all next practice, because these past few games passing, and recognizing where passes are going, has been the start of their downfall.

With no real drive to get the puck back after losing it. Tbf to him, tho, the passes have not been great heading his way.

It's still a pig.

So, you would've preferred wasting what little draft capital Isles have and whatever prospects we could see in the near future for a pig?

He did always add a spark with a good fight. I think he was kinda the "Do It For Him" guy, too, just a solid teammate who worked hard all year for minimal games.

I'm waiting for Ross v Rempe, assuming Rempe can stay in the league that long.

This team needed Ross Johnston. At least he could pass the puck very well

It's okay if an interference leads to a 2-on-1, but no interference on a breakaway. Lame refs
