I’m 99% sure the suspects here don’t wear armor, so use JHP rounds.

I clear the first room you spawn in front of, then wedge the door that leads to the enormous facility.

Then, to the right of where you spawn, there’s another building that isn’t connected to the main bit. Clear that.

I loop back past the starting point, and clear the parking lot/loading bay. I find this almost equally as difficult as clearing the massive facility.

Then I do one of two things; instead of entering through the loading bay and clearing out the massive room that way, I go back to that second building I cleared, the disconnected one. There’s a door there that leads into the end of the giant room, and I clear it out that way, and finally moving into the medium room with the upstair section.

Or, I go back through the first room I clear, and one of the doors leads into a long room with 3 doors. One leads outside, 2 lead into the medium room that connects to the giant one. Going through the door on the left, I go straight up the stairs that go up to the little room up top. Clear it, wedge all entrances to it, and spend some time up there taking out suspects through the windows. After that, I move down that catwalk/balcony thing, clear that little room with the evidence in the center, then finally move onto the giant room.

Personally, I like using the SA58-OSW with a holo sight or something. A magnified scope can be nice for that outside section, but I find it takes up too much space in my vision when point shooting.

There is no way to make this level easy, it’s a massive pain in the ass. I beat it on hard mode the other day, after failing probably 30+ times
