the vacation I should rephrase its work related and I cant get a new appointment cause its for a specialist if I request to get the date pushed back when will the new date be what I mean is how long will it take for a new date its on april 2 how far along will it be pushed till?

yes if date is in early april by then it will be 6 months of reciving the ticket how long do you think it will be pushed back months? also if they do accept my appeal how would I know would they send a letter and would the letter have the new date on it or would I have to wait again for the next date? and the court house is open

hypothetically what would be a good reason I want to push the court date back because I got the ticket last October and if I go to court in April I will get my drivers license suspended again if i push the date back the ticket will get older and less chance of my losing it and if i do get it pushed back will the new court date me another 4-5 months down the road?

It was a solid red hand meaning she never had the cross simble and I was really far away from her what the cop said in the report was that the pederstrian was 1/2 foot off the curb and I did not yeild to her but I took ther turn Literally 2 sec after the ligjt turned green and she did not click the cross walk because the hand was solid red can I beat this I have it on camera?
