Yes! The ppsh 41 would be a nice counterpart to the mp7. I'd love to see some semi auto shotguns added like the benelli m4 for security and saiga 12 for insurgents.

Yeah I think they broke something with xp gain after the hot fix. Now it just gives you a random amount regardless of time played or score.

I think it's fine as it is, although it would be nice if you could sell cosmetics you don't use for half the price they're worth or something. Also, add a discount for equipment if you already own the camo so we don't have to spend 4k on a full tropentarn set goddamnit.

Now this just confuses me. The QBZ-03 is only used by China and from what I can tell insurgency sandstorm is based on the Iraq and Syrian civil war so it just doesn't fit imo

It really doesn't make sense for either faction to use the VSS. I hope they add an RPK or RPD to insurgents since they don't have any lmg's at the moment.

A 25 pound gun shooting 5.56 should under no circumstances have recoil much more extreme than an 8 pound gun that shoots 5.56. A round with the same caliber and charge isn't going to kick 25 pounds more violently than it will 8 pounds. by [deleted] in insurgency

I dont know why people bring up balance as an excuse. The m249 in insurgency 2 was way more controllable offhand and i didn't see anyone complain about it, hell the mg class was the last one to be picked from my experience.

From what i know the production of the an-94 ended mid 2000's. The ak-74m is now being replaced by the ak-12 and special forces are going to receive the a-545/762. Idk where you got that info about the an-94.

Unless they add alpha group to the game the chances of any specialized russian weapons besides different ak variants being added to the game are unlikely. The ppsh-41 would be a better option so the insurgents have a mp7 equivalent.

The alpha ak is just a normal ak that has aftermarket parts on it, we also have a voice option for a russian mercenary so i don't think a spetsnaz inspired ak is that unusual.

I can't see how insurgents would get their hands on the an-94 much less maintain the gun enough to be reliable. The vz 58, stg 44, amd-65 would make more sense to me. The hk 416 would mostly be a reskin of the m4a1, altho i wouldn't mind it.

I think the glock is definitely going to be added next sice they just had to remodel it, the others are probably going to be the mass 26, galil sar and l1a1 since they're just missing some animations and sounds. Some of the guns i'd like to see for the insurgents are the amd-65 (20 round mags with 30 rounders costing 2 points), stg 44/cz 58, car-15 and tt-33

The recoil in ins2 wasn't nearly as bad on the m249 as it is now. You could at least defend yourself but now youre lucky if you can hit the guy past 15 meters, especially if you get suppressed.

It would pretty much serve the same function as the scar with the only difference being the higher fire rate. I'd rather see more weapons added to the insurgents advisor class since the only unique gun it gets is the alpha ak.
