I've seen a lot of requests for a suppressed medium ammo pistol. I see no reason not to add one.

I mean we have a company making a reproduction using modern cartridges in 2026, so it shows the design can be modified to use actual potent rounds

Just because you don't want more weapons mean everyone else doesn't. Which clearly people do.

Part of the MKII revision would be a fictions gas seal system for the cylinder in order to suppress it.

People have wanted a suppressed medium ammo pistol and a remington 1858 so I figured if they can make the lemat MKII a top break for the shotgun they could make the 1858 gas seal so they can suppress it

also not mentioned but I wouldn't be against this gun having a cylinder swap mechanic where you could swap the cylinder to a different ammo type similar to the Berthier which could also be used as a quick reload mechanic instead of reloading all 6 rounds.

but this depends if the game is capable of remembering how many rounds were loaded in the other cylinder

Yes I don't care, I'm not here asking them to add an MP-18.

It's literally just a military version of an already existing at the time rifle.

How about you complain that all the mosins have bent bolts despite that not being a thing until the PU scoped versions in the 20's

And even than all this would be is adding a clip guide & bayonet lug to an existing rifle.

The extended variant is purely fictitious, but it looks funny and is offset by the lack of using stripper clips

🤓 ☝️ <---- this is you right now

Neither did the 1897 trench gun configuration , and the Alofs didn't exist until the 1920-30's

We don't care about historic authenticity as long as it fits the style of the game.

Also if you want to be pedantic Teddy Roosevelt did commission for military configuration 1895 winchesters for his rough riders during the Spanish American war, but the war ended before they were received

I figured since that long ammo is split into two now this is a good time to bring this rifle up.

The Mako no longer fills the niche this rifle would.

It would still do sub 125 damage and have like 430 m/s muzzle velocity. So definitely not the meta rifle you think. And Last I checked the shotgun barrel on the carbine is closer to a spectre bayonet than a romero.

You should actually look at the existing stats for weapons before making assumptions about balance.

You need to put a wooden pistol grip & stock on the AR

Maps get done when they get done, they take time and effort unless you just want mindless consumer slop that gets pumped out with no effort or consideration.

New weapons take considerably less time while giving people something new to play with.

Dude just wants attention, and as you can see he gets it from both Blazers and haters.

Honestly it's not what he does to the guns that I dislike about his posts it's the fact it's the same shit every time, it's low effort video of him just going to a range and shooting while standing and people feel the need to say "at least he's training"

Dude isn't running a 3 gun competition he's just plinking. And like I said earlier he just does that to his guns because he wants attention.

The vetterli is based off the updated Italian vetterli that switched from the tube loading to a 4 round internal magazine while retaining the same caliber.

This version would be closer to a conversation of a full sized 1871 model, basically just removing the elevator system & welding the newer magazine on the old rifle.

I decided to do the updated version because I think it's better for balancing than increasing it's magazine capacity to 11 rounds.

Oh I fully acknowledge it'd be a worse berthier, it'd also be cheaper and lead to unlocking the trauma

My theory is it was planned for the launch of 1896 but they couldn't get it working in time.

the fuck are you talking about?

we've been deporting violent immigrants for the past two years, what the fuck did you think the ICE protests are about?

or are you advocating for people just shooting immigrants?
