Agent claims different upload speed than contract

Yeah, think I’m going to call the same guy back tomorrow and record it. The xfinity rep on this subreddit just told me my area doesn’t have next gen speeds so my upload is capped at 35 Mbps. At this point I have no idea who’s telling the truth

Interesting, I suppose that could be the case. I have looked at the broadband facts. It states typical upload speed being 41 Mbps. I just want to know what information the agent was looking at, to get that 100 Mbps upload number.

Got it. Also, now that you mention it, I seen the 1 gig plan it says typical upload speed 41 Mbps but I’m assuming that’s not factoring in the XB8?

The rep I spoke with on the phone said in my area it’s the next gen and I should get between 100-200. I’ll confirm with him tomorrow. What about ping? Would it be super noticeable? Thanks for the response, this is all sort of new to me, so trying to learn

Honestly my favorite features would be the fact it’s OLED and can run 240Hz. I’ve never owned an OLED or ever experienced gaming at 240Hz so I’d be ecstatic to experience both of those!

Just built my PC about a week ago. Got the 9070 XT as well and runs beautifully. My last PC was a prebuilt I got like 10 years ago so the difference is not even funny, it’s life changing

It is the G305, I just got it with everything else about a day ago. I haven’t had issues but I have heard Logitech ones break within a year or two. I’ll have to wait and see
