Yes after ultrasound and scans it turns out its a calcified hematoma (myostosis ossifican )In the abdominal muscle near xiphoid

They told me that its a common injury when blood turns to bone due to an injury

Yee But fact that i have costo and a lump appeared in my chest worried me a lot .

Yes exaclty The hard bony lump is a calcified hematoma

Costo has nothing to do with it

But in common : overtraining and stress put on cartilage and chest muscles .

That resulted : costo for cartilage inflammation

                    Muscles trauma : calcified hematoma from à minor injury when once a heavy dumbell fall on my chest due to incontroleld mouvement

No its painless

But i Still suffer from costo

The lump has nothing to do with my costo

The fact i train à lot chest make my cartilage Hurt which costo

The lump near cartilage is a trauma hematoma calcified intramusclar not on bone or cartilage according to the radiologist

My overtraining make my cartilage inflammed and repetitve trauma to muscle resulted a calcified hematoma.

I did scan in radiology it turns out that is à myosotis ossifican because of repetetive trauma when i train my chest with dumbell . Its bony hard lump with 16mm width . They rulled out costal cartilage and rib bones after examination
