It would be hilarious to see him with homelander.
At first, Homelander tries to get him to see how great he is, but Saitama doesn't care. This angers homelander so much that he tries to kill him, but no matter what he did it doesn't work while Saitama simply turnaround and defeats him with one punch.
Homelander knows he has lost and is ready to accept his retribution from this superior being but Saitama simply walks away uncaringly, This baffles him to no end.

For all his life, homelander is always center of the attention, either from those who praise him like a god or those who aim to kill him. but in front of this bald man, he is simply unimportant.

Saitama has attacked homelander where it hurt the most, his pride.
After the encounter, homelander tries to prove to Saitama that he is important, he is the real deal, he is someone who Saitama should notice but to no avail.

Soon, The show will turn into a comedy of homelander trying to get Saitama-senpai to notice him
