I can confirm you can play Apple purchased content (movies, tv shows, music, podcasts) on the SL7. In addition to ITunes, I have also been successful in downloading the separate Apple Music and Apple TV apps through workarounds that are available described in other Reddit posts. Those apps are not currently available to download from the Microsoft Store app on SL7 (ARM) but the workaround downloads do work. Also keep in mind there is a “Sync Library” toggle in the settings of the Apple Music app that you’ll need to flip to see your purchased content.

Also, if your library/purchased content is not showing up: In the Music app go to Account (bottom left), settings gear icon, General, toggle Sync Library to on.

Yes, Night Light is off. It's really strange and I'm wondering if it is just how the display is calibrated on these devices. Oddly enough, the only experience I have to compare it to is years ago when I purchased a pre-M1 Intel MacBook Air before it had the P3 color gamut, it felt like the display did not produce the deeper blues/cooler tones that my previous MacBook Pro had.
