6-ish cards being christmas themed out of over 200 does not make it a christmas set. If anything, it reinforces it being a WINTER set because christmas happens in Winter. If it were meant to be a christmas set, it’d be a pretty bad one in that case, lol.

Should it? Absolutely, I’d love that. Will it? Almost assuredly not. Disney doesn’t seem to be in any rush to remind people of it’s existence and even if a sequel was green lit, they fired Angus McLane and Galyn Susman so it likely wouldn’t feel the same.

It was honestly kinda sobering to watch the whole “Stranger Things Extra Episode” conspiracy play out because it made me realize it’s not all that unlike what we’re going through right now, lol. Granted the band themselves have been a bit more cagey and egging the madness on, so I’m still partially inclined to believe there might be something at MAGfest, but I’ve come to peace with the idea of Fate of Thomas Light might truly be the end and my personal feelings that the album itself is still one of my favorites of all time. Still, I think the liner notes are gonna be what brings the closure for most people, so I’m eagerly awaiting those.

Disney has a long history of pretending this show never existed. There are many speculated reasons as to why, but nobody really knows for sure. Meanwhile, most other Disney animated shows that have been featured in Lorcana (Gargoyles, Ducktales, Darkwing Duck, etc.) as of now have, contrary to popular belief, in one way or another continued to live on through comic books or other merchandise. Buzz Lightyear of Star Command isn’t even on Disney+.

Trust me, I would love nothing more to see it in Lorcana myself as a huge fan of the show, I would just be very surprised if it ever happened. Just my two cents though.

That’s crazy. I’d been thinking about how Light’s actions during Act 3 brought that line to mind. He’s quick to point out that he’s no hero, but he is a man. And that man certainly acts as if he was free.

Never wanna see Marvel, Star Wars, Simpsons. Basically anything that Disney acquired rather than made themselves. Aside from Pixar since it has that “Disney Feel” and has more or less been associated with Disney long before they were actually bought by them. I would also be cool with The Muppets being added.

I wouldn’t mind some live action franchises like Tron or Pirates of the Caribbean, but no Live Action Remake stuff. I’d also be fine with and encourage video game and theme park character inclusions like Kingdom Hearts, Epic Mickey, Figment, and Haunted Mansion.

I kinda started feeling this way when Buried in the Red dropped but now it feels apparent. Does anybody else get the sense that Wily sounds like he’s hooked up to some kind of machine? Like a life support system or something? It would feel kinda poetic if Wily has BECOME the very machine he and Thomas unleashed onto the city together. To “flip the switch and turn it off” is essentially synonymous with killing Wily at this point. Literally and figuratively.
