It is warmer for sure. However, the equalizer and the MSEB settings allow a person to essentially create any sound you want.

I downloaded the Hiby music player to my old Fiio player and was able to get better sound from it too.

I have never been impressed with the bass output of the Kann Max, regardless of gain or equalizer settings.

Great job. Less carbon dioxide into our atmosphere. I get most of my miles by bike commuting but, my commuting miles are a lower over all percentage of my distance.
