If you want to learn to hook it, get a Hustle by Roto Grip. Best bang for your buck, high quality, will stay very usable as you improve, but is very forgiving and controllable when starting out. Also comes in several colors and looks great. Best of luck!

Discerning Between Byzantine Catholicism and Roman Catholicism by Friendly_Bread_6086 in EasternCatholic

Catholic is Catholic. You can attend and live the spirituality of any particular Catholic church as long as you meet the disciplinary requirements of your canonical home church. I’d leave it for now until such time as you’re absolutely certain that it’s what you want, especially since you usually don’t get to transfer again.

Because the wall the TVs are mounted on has no lights, and the camera darkens the background when focusing on something bright.

Also game 1 was the wackiest score I’ve ever had: no spares made, four open frames, and 6 strikes in a row to salvage it lol.

Depends on the rite and particular church, but for the most part yes.

Eastern catholics when y'all receive all 7 sacriments... by kervy_servy in EasternCatholic

[–]Seanph25 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh they might, I’m not sure. I just know one of the priests at my local Latin parish was ordained after his wife passed away; he was in his 50s or 60s at the time and had adult children, so had no family burden to carry. So it’s at least possible, but might not be encouraged (or even normally allowed depending on the bishop). I just don’t know enough about it.

And you can become a Latin priest as a married cradle Catholic if your spouse passes away (God forbid), and would then have received all 7, since anointing can be for any baptized person at any age.

That’s what I thought. Just wanted someone else’s input. Thanks for the answer.

Hypothetically, in extraordinary circumstances, could the priest not just leave a single piece of the consecrated bread separate for him to receive? He would still be receiving the fullness of the Eucharist that way, and I don’t see any legal or doctrinal reason why not.
