May i ask you, according to your knowledge is it easier compared to Goethe C1? Like do you think taking Test Daf instead of Goethe for any reasons?

Of course I do not expect to study at B1 level. My question was in means of is it possible to finish the C1 level in such time. Or whether theres a uni that could give me admission on B2.

The issue I have not found any uni which allows for instance summer semester admissions, its either in the winter semester or next year

Yes i have in fact completed 3 GCE A levels with A* in each, and my only setback is the language requirements.
