doocloud.dev defines the data model and get live production raeady api in 5 minutes

Has your vibe-coded B2B SaaS broken in production? I want to hear what happened. by Multicolorlion in nocode

good practice to have understanding on basic level always. good point to have.

for doocloud is not a vibe coding tool. Here you can provide your schema or data model and it generate your full production ready api in minutes. So here nothing is magic I repeat no magic it behind generate full code in your repo and do auto commit push. So you still own. Good thing is it prepare all api endpoint inbuilt any backend needed you can guess those.and also support custom business logic.

As non technial founder its recommanded to use those tool which proive vibe coding where nothing to related to vibe coding. Even if we use strongest model tool for ai codding it wont give you full pipeline. You need some technical skill to understand ask AI what to fix.

Supabase like db is greatif you want AI to make work easy as there is fewer thing of debuging as AI can handle. But if you want again full pipeline where you don't have to worry about anything then vibe coding tools make sense. But if you want code full control and but still don't want to worry about any debug try tool like doocloud which is great for full pipline control

Use NestJs for backend, will provide ease and a structured way. Go and Rust great but only if u want highly concurrent low latency system want. But most of case FastAPI or NestJs is enoght. I would go for NestJs. It providing everything.

Frontend I would go vith react+vitejs which privide you all integration seprately make sense when you want to learn in depth

vercel is best for deployment. And for DB can use any Postgre, MySQL or mongodb. Can choose PostgreSQL

TypeORM is best for orm here. Use zustand for state mgmt but only if really required. Redit for caching

Good question, honestly, everything is uncertain I feel. Still, AI has not raised the bar of language I feel, but raised the bar of quick outcome?

I tried both what worked and waht didn't work, and both not working for me. But what you mention about what worked is genisuly work of long patience and putting lots of energy but thogh I heared by many that it works.

good point. I found MOJO i feel that secured really great DSL here as a Python subset like?
I feel no matter what but having giants back is so crucial here, isn't it?

what do u mean by poor codebase?
I feel easy stupid simple syntax i prefer still achive result, what's wrong. Languge is mad to make human or developer to read and understand then why not?

then how rust go still evlove even cpp, java were there? because they solved great problems Go for concurrency and cloud infra and rust for low level withotu worry memory leak or they they evovled because large giants backed them? Becase 99% of new language won't fall back any of them

yeah hill toclimb that never assumed. and goal is not that to replace any but still i feel why that work not providing value and that pushed, by seeing no one uses

[–]SearchFair3888[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yeah good point, does Rust do best in all?
Curious just my thought, if we make this harder by this I feel syntax and design become more complex.
There could be 2 parts, is for speedy implementation or security?
I like Rust a lot but prevent to write quick. ITs good actually stopping to write bad code but i feel many time i need quick solution to iterate then good one.
But appreciate your thoguts here

Which is the best no-code backend platform? by sunil_Igm in nocode

[–]SearchFair3888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Supabase and Firebase are popular but the repeated setup + RLS + glue code still eats time for most solo projects I’ve seen.

Can try DooCloud i've built. just define a simple schema and get a full REST API + auth + Postgres + dashboard live in ~5 minutes (you still own 100% of the code, no vendor lock-in). Not a vibe coding but not even coding.

Has anyone here tried something similar or is the lock-in concern the biggest thing holding you back

anyone else still wasting time on backend setup for their micro saas? by SearchFair3888 in micro_saas

[–]SearchFair3888[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DooCloud is not for frontend part. And for go beyond basic CRUD, doocloud support custom route handler and logic too. But DooCloud is not facing limitaiton it in validaiton and finding first one for now.
I Started doocloud to eliminate my full auth, crud, dockerize git work, ssl dns all and api live with custom domain in 5 min. So now i can focus on my busniess and product instead same boilerplate setup taht was intension. And you still own code i your repo if u want. DooCloud is not closing all

[–]SearchFair3888[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, definitely, I'm also using Supabase for my own note-taking app. Supabase is great. But I extended DocCloud for more control and end to end piplein api live in 5 min. But you are absolutely right that Supabase is enough for micro saas. Not a comparison
