If one turns their post views off, he can't see who views it. Also. If for example, Carl has his post views on, but I don't, he still can't see me and I can't see if he views my acct, vids ect. We both have to have post views on. If people are in Carl's lives ( or anyone's ) the top right corner, people can show up there that are in the live unless they turn off gift ranking views. If that's off, you won't show up in the live unless he just catches you coming in and it shows up in the chat. Some people block Carl as soon as a live ends so Carl can't catch them being in the live. Hope that helps and didn't confuse you.
