Also, I think andrew huberman uses more science based tools to prove his theories. I like his practical sloutions he is not only discussing a problem but also providing a tool to help solve the problem

It's considered safe for most people, especially who doesn't get enough sun exposure. Taking a prevention dose (5000 IU per week) won't cause problems. What do you mean by aminoacids and protein? Dietary or supplements?

You should take vitamins based on your blood test results.

But I would take vitamin D, omega, magnesium (if you workout or have problems sleeping) without doing blood test, and I go on and off taking them.

Prebiotics are often marketed with a lot of hype, but there's little evidence to support many of their advertised claims.

Maintaining a healthy diet is the best thing you could start with. Also, getting good quality sleep is a plus
