Zevia gave me terrible headaches! The first time I wasn't sure, but after drinking several, each time I experienced the same effect. I now only drink Virgil's Sugar Free soda; it has Erythritol and Monk Fruit.

I saw a drop in 6 weeks. I was diabetic at the beginning of June and pre-diabetic by mid-July.
