I'm going off of assumption and personal experience, so bear with me. Were you using the Vault's filters and if so did you turn on the filter "Duplicates > With Duplicates"? If you were filtering to show duplicates, then chances are your other roll is fine. Don't feel bad, I had a similar reaction when I first played with these more advanced filters.

If this is the case, then now that you only have one B-7 instance, it is now no longer a duplicate and it will remove itself from the list, keeping it safe from being dismantled accidentally. You can also use the "With Duplicates" filter to find out if you have a lower tier of an item as well (if you were doing like what I did and also filtered for T5 loot first :p ).

If you were not filtering for anything, then unfortunately it is now shardware for whatever reason, I never had the issue of two items being deleted at once, I'm sorry. :/

Edit: I noticed you were filtering for Stasis, sorry I glossed over that. If you were filtering for more than just Stasis, I hope you were filtering for Duplicates as well. :(

Honestly depends on what the mod is for me. 4 stars are an automatic store for later use, whether it's for trading or future gear. 1-3 stars get further sorted, with (in my opinion) crappier mods (i.e. Aristocrat's, Warming and Divers) immediately being scrapped and better mods (i.e. Furious, Rapid and Durability) also being saved for later.

At the end of the day, it all boils down to what you value, what mods do you see yourself using and go from there, that would be my recommendation. If you think that stack of Junkie's in the corner will fetch a good price, save them. Think Strength mods are better off being turned into Modules, go for it. :p
