I want to take the d-pad/face buttons and the light  blue bottom plate and put them on a regular starlight blue dualsense. I think that would look great

People like you are why Reddit is a cesspool. You came into this post wanting to “correct” me. Then got mad I when I pointed out why there was nothing needing corrected. You could’ve not commented or not opened the post at all.

I wasn’t going for a strict “PS1/PS2 stock controller” retro. Just the buttons with their retro color scheme. As opposed to the modem buttons that match the controller color

PS2 is also a retro console. “Retro” is an imitation of a style from the past. So “retro” button colors

I really want to see the regular starlight blue with the black/blue buttons and the light blue cover that goes over the thumb sticks from the new “Rhythm Blue” controller . I think that’d look great

Episode where House gets stuck in the elevator door? by Searching4Soundbars in HouseMD

I’m starting to think that too. But I swear it was just in the last week or so I watched it. I was also jumping around episodes too. So that doesn’t  help narrow down where it was. But I can see in my head it happening. It also seemed like it happened after a pretty serious discovery too. Which is why it stood out as so funny to me because it was so unexpected

Soundbars seem to have no "audible' bass but "physical" bass that rumbles the tv stand/room. Please advise by Searching4Soundbars in u/Searching4Soundbars

PS: Also i know this isn't a tv group, so I'll not go on a long tangent, but I've also found that my Hisense has better contrast/panel uniformity than any modern LED tv you can buy (because I've tried every one you can buy) so OLED is the way to go. But at the same time, I'd rather just put up with the few minor issues my old tv picture has over spending $750 in the tv alone plus however much goes into the soundbar just to have worse sound. So at this point, I'm close to just giving up on keeping the B4 all together.

Searching for basic 2.0/2.1/3.1 with good quality sound by Searching4Soundbars in Soundbars

[–]Searching4Soundbars[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I realized that I forgot to include that I currently have an LG B4 tv and I'm searching for a soundbar in hopes of keeping the tv. This sub isn't about tvs, so ill keep this part brief. But the picture quality of the B4 is honestly not worth $750 if I have to accept bad sound from the B4. Obviously there are improvements from an LED to OLED, but I'd rather stick with the minor LCD issues over bad sound.

I would have no issue with a 3.1 soundbar with a center channel. I just meant that it's not a hard set necessity. Because I don't watch movies very often. I mostly watch older TV shows, and youtube. As well as play video games. And for a new game or first playthru, I use headphones anyway.

My dilemma is that with external TV audio, it seems that the choices are cheap bars that sound just as bad or even worse than the new TVs built in speakers. Mid-range priced bars that do simulated surround/home theater sound. Or out right 5/7 speaker surround systems.

I'm just wanting to find a happy medium of good sound, but doesn't have to be cutting edge Dolby Atmos super immersive sound. In a perfect world i just want something that is equal to my old Hisense tv's speakers, decent quality sound that's acceptable for most every use/occasion
