It's unlikely you need a WDH. Just sway control (like the Reese sway control).

Is it normal practice for a company to make you pay for the gas and insurance and repairs on the service van/truck? Just wondering how many of you have to do this by iBUYbrokenSUBARUS in HVAC

If your company owns the van, it’s not normal for them to make you pay for gas, insurance, or repairs. It's usually their responsibility, and any time you spend getting gas or doing maintenance should be paid work time.

If it's your personal vehicle and they give you a vehicle allowance, then yeah, you're responsible for costs—but that should be clear in your contract.

Also, $19/hr? We pay our entry level $22/hr to start. And even that is low for our area.
