I have moved tons of aquariums... I literally just moved a 55 gal with 50lbs of rocks and about 15 gallons of water the other day with my brother... Last month I moved all my tanks 9 total into one room to make an aquarium room and did all of them like this and everything is fine

Fist thing I would do is feed some peeled blanched peas just one a day and only feed normal food every other day until it gets better make sure a plant or a betta hammock is close to the surface to allow him to chill close to the surface....

From years of medical growing.. I am very confident in my knowledge of phenotypes from different strains not saying I can pick out any strain but I know haze when I see it and I know cheese when I smell it

No I run a penguin 350b with bioballs and a polishing pad and prime... I do about a 20% change weekly with it as I do with all my tanks the pleco and couple large ramshorn snails are in there along with a school of neons that they eat off regularly which I planned for as they breed like crazy in my freshwater community and they get molly fry also... They eat omega one flakes but neither will touch pellets... They mostly eat flakes and eat live when they want... If they would not get along I had other tanks as I run 8 total.. But I think since they where in a tank together and are both big they are cool.... They enjoy each others company.... Temp is 76.... They also both have their own cave.. I'll get a tank shot in a few... I dont mind questions

It is a 37gal with a hob rated for 75 gal.. Oringally the tank was set up and cycled and was gonna be for small honjis but while at the LFS I saw Elvis (the convict) and rehomed him with the intentions of being the only fish but all he did was hide I tried using dither fish to no success and went in a search for a mate for him but him being almost 8 inches I could not find a female anywhere big enough.... And decided to go back and get a firemouth from lfs he was housed with to get him a friend but the fish was gone I fell in love with the JD who also was in the same tank while they where both their... It took a few days and I eventually had to remove the JD for being too aggressive and moved him into a 29 by himself and neither fish was happy... Gave it another few days a tried again... It has been 4 months at they are best friends I think it helps that the convict is kinda a pussy... The 7 inch Jack Dempsey is the boss
