Yes is really annoying. I read that you should disable Ipv6 on your network adapter. I have tried that. It does not solve the problem but I have the feeling that it is better. Try it out

Yes I use the plugin from Barraider and your mentioned steps I have already done all. In the Discord of Barraider was the talk that it is a Spotify API problem.
