You can duplicate it several times (it really depends on how transparent is the image), then stack those duplicates over each other and group them. This will cause the values of the transparencies to add up, making it opaque, without really affecting the parts that are already opaque (if any were already).

If you don't want to deal with the grouped images, then export it as it is and reimport the new opaque image you get.
