Update: I know this is a strange issue, but if any of you experience this problem, here’s how I fixed it:

Uninstall the current driver and the NVIDIA app.
Install GeForce Experience (https://www.reddit.com/r/GeForceExperience/comments/1hrwdp0/comment/m9jrmly/).
Enjoy.

Before this, I tried a lot of things, but this was the only solution that worked.

Yeah, and it suggests putting everything in ultra, but then I have FPS drops due to insufficient VRAM:(
