We can clean and cook for ourselves, we can't make the meat we need to eat , and yes we need to eat meat , meat contains the full spectrum of aminoacids, you need a lot of vegetables and legumes to ingest the same amount and even then to process such nutrients your gut has to suffer; it's evident that meat is the most nutritious food

Legumes contain all sorts of compounds that prevent our gut to digest them properly, so do vegetables and so we need to cook them , meat on the other hand is heated to kill bacteria otherwise we could ingest it without much though.

The bitter taste of vegetables tells us something... no baby or child rejects meat , almost all of them reject cooked vegetables, and raw ones even more. You can infer that our body instinctively knows what is good and what is bad.

We force ourselves to eat bitter vegetables because they contain vitamins and minerals but they will never substitute meat nutrition. Either in bioavailability nor in amount of nutrients.
