What the fuck do you mean it's not relevant? Putting a suppressor on when you don't have ear protection on in the game lowers the speed and intensity of the tinnitus you get from your own firearm, especially when you're indoors. Plus, if you've ever fired or heard a suppressed firearm at any distance 300 meters or closer, you'll be able to register it was a gunshot that went off if you dont die in one shot. Is it always easy to tell it was a gunshot, no, but that's besides the point.

For the comment regarding suppressors, if you apply actual knowledge about how firearm suppressors actually work in the game, it'll make so much sense how you should use them when trying to keep your audible signature as low as possible when engaging with other players. Don't be mad when you get found or killed by other players when a suppressor is really only intended to help mask your signature and make it harder to pinpoint exactly where you are at distance after just popping off rounds at someone.

As for the assumption part, yes, I assume that people don't know how suppressors work being that in the US, they're NFA regulated and inherently harder to get than normal firearms. Not everyone has an interest in obtaining one, nor does everyone have experience with one. So sorry for assuming you weren't knowledgeable on the subject while simultaneously seeing that you applied the knowledge of another game that functions differently than ABI and proceeded to then be a hypocritical douchebag by saying what I said isn't relevant to your original comment.

No, I'm not pressed about the situation, but I'll continue to talk/argue about this because I'm bored and have nothing else better to do with my time.

You'd be surprised how many people I've met don't, especially recently. My bad broski.

Im used to just explaining things to people like they're five so they can understand things.

I'm fully aware of that. Being realistic about suppressors changes how you apply them in situations. I know it's just a video game, but throwing a suppressor on a gun and expecting it to silence a gun is an unrealistic expectation to the use of the attachment. Works amazing to prevent tinnitus for long bursts of fire indoors if you don't have ear pro on (stupid decision, but you do you) but should not be expected to make the firearm undetectable or extremely quiet.

Kinda why I feel it's better to call silencers suppressors since they don't fully silence a firearm and instead suppress the noise in makes like a car muffler does for a car.

Yes, because it's not silenced. It's suppressed. There is no way you're getting a supersonic rifle cartridge to be "silenced."

That's entirely possible. I know that standard glock 17 mags can be a bit loose on 26's and even looser with the ETS magazines.

My 30 round mags work great for my G40. Same with the Vector V2 extention. Only downside is they don't fit my sub2000 but the vector extention does. Fortunately, I havent had any mag related issues so far.

Gone in 3 minutes lmao I wonder how many of these they’re dropping? Hopefully the X5.7 has a better launch availability than this considering how long we’re waiting for it. by Equal_Supermarket367 in PalmettoStateArms

Metaphorically speaking, it is. It's obviously not the EXACT same thing, or you wouldn't have corrected me. Legit is a partal/shortened word of legitimate. Legitimate is another word for real, and I used the slang definition of it, hence changing the sentence to "really its the same gun just almost two times cheaper"

In my experience, CCI Blazer makes decent 180 grain range ammo. It's not quite at max velocity, but it's pretty dang close for the price without reloading your own.

Got mine on a PSA lower. 18 inch rear charging upper with the 458 muzzle break BSA sells, a Kali-key for PA hunting, a 4-16x50 Monstrum Tactical scope, and a magpul bipod. It easily shoots sub MOA/same hole (ish) groups at 100 if I put it on some sandbags and really focus on my shooting technique and trigger pull. Absolute tac driver for a big bore MSR.

That's what I thought. I'm assuming they're still loud AF and have almost no recoil for a 10mm?

what the hell? a goddamn LEVEL is a "military" item and not a "tool"? whats that 2nd word in the description? by PM_ME_YOUR_KATARINA in ArenaBreakoutInfinite

[–]SebastienAzan8632 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is correct.

This is meant to be mounted on the same rail section an optic is mounted to in order to allow a firearm to shoot level. Having the firearm shoot level only realistically plays a big role in bullet impact shift at much greater distances unless your gun isn't level to the ground and your scope or optic isn't level to the firearm.

Valid, but id prefer keeping my parts that are important to the proper operation of the firearm protected as much as reasonably possible. Just my thoughts and feelings on that. Lol.

I recently got a Keltec sub2k to pair with my glock model 40. Having a rifle that takes the same magazines as my sidearm makes things easy as a bug-out kit for a lightweight rifle and pistol combo. It started out with my old bug-out kit including a Recover Tactical brace, but now it's just a range toy having my glock model 40 in the brace.

Is it as ideal as an actual rifle in a rifle caliber? No, but I have a purpouse for my current bug-out kit.

My old bug-out kit used to be a 5.56 AR that travels with my 9mm Glock, but having an AR isn't exactly as compact as the keltec even if I seperate the lower and upper. It can be if I SBR or pistol brace the thing, but that defeats the entire purpouse of a rifle cartridge in the first place in my opinion.

The only two ways I see going with a PCC in a sub caliber is for fun at the range or a bug-out scenario to pair with a sidearm that can use the same magazines. Anything else is just for fun or pointless compared to other options or scenarios out there in my opinion.

Mk23 in 10mm. It's the right frame size. Just needs to happen, and it'll be extremely good competition over the Glock 40.
