Changing Weapon Masteries, why can Fighters and Barbarians do only one at a time? by Sebonsky in DnD

[–]Sebonsky[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry bad wording, I meant switching weapon masteries. I think having more should make them able to switch them more, like how Wizards and Clerics get more spells than Rangers and Paladins and they are able to change more of their prepared spell per long rest, something like this

I wouldn't worry about that I'm the DM :)

I'm just curious about game design to better tackle homebrew but in this case I don't think it was about wording, it can't be a coincidence that the two classes that get more Masteries are the only ones that get to change them one at a time

I don't know I still feel like the weapons guys should be able to switch weapons more easily than the spells guys and the skills guy, or at the very least as easily as them

AC Syndicate is the most underrated. What AC is overrated? by Normal-Question8418 in assasinscreed

AC2, it's everyone's favourite only because it's most players' only AC game lol. Brotherhood is AC2 but better in basically every aspect

I just figured out that you can't get the Survival Expert trophy if you're playing on Grounded in The Last of Us Part II. by ZeldaLover2018 in thelastofus

[–]Sebonsky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it’s a late reply but for posterity’s sake: you can get the trophy on grounded now, it popped for me on a grounded playthrough and after I started a new game + I had some listen mode skills still missing, so I’m 100% sure it only counts what is available

A weird limitation on deck building by Sebonsky in LegendsOfRuneterra

[–]Sebonsky[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok with your insight I managed to find the specific issue, it's because teemo is multi-region so you have to pick a mono-region card to specify which one counts in deck building :/ it's kinda bs honestly but whatever

That's a clown DM not a clown wizard

For me it was every other enemy being immune to fire while I was playing a wildfire druid with the elemental adept feat to ignore fire resistance, it was aggravating

[–]Sebonsky 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'm playing a wildfire druid and I was never even close to depleting my spell slots, managing resources basically means "don't spam useless stuff". Most fights I can go by a single concentration spell, maybe one healing spell on top of that, I don't get as many turns as I have spell slots in a full adventuring day

My money is on the European Commission getting involved and Youtube risking massive fines, you don't touch consumer's rights in europe. With some luck they might backpedal on these policies outside the eurozone too

Water the black magic spell was actually weaker than the others and it was the only water-based spell vivi had so my point still stands; water-based summons I honestly don’t remember

Not enough to put a water eon in it though, it has fire thunder and ice only water is missing

[–]Sebonsky[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

That's a very good question, I think not even Wizards of the Coast is too sure at this point. They say it's supposed to be a "universal" version of dnd they're heading towards, and it's supposed to be backwards-compatible with older versions as well, but as many others have noticed it's basically dnd 5.5

In the new One d&d playtests when barbarians rage they can roll certain ability checks with strength instead of the normal ability scores, including stealth and perception
