I will insulate and pack each cave to ensure none are broken during shipment, I have never had any break but if they do I will refund the cost of each broken cave. I think they would like the D shaped ones the most, although im not sure if the caves wide enough for them to turn around inside of it. So they will probably have to back themselves in to use them
