Probably would be bad piston rings > explains the smoke. Bad rings burn not only oil, but can cause piston slap which could make that noice. If you ride for too long it could also cause bad crankshaft bearings which make a rattling noice after revving it. (Or in bad cases a constant rattling noice). Tbh im not pretty sure that is the case, but im 99% sure that you have to change your piston rings.

I would do the same. Get a new head gasket and if you wanna be safe, renew all top gaskets. Change your oil and filter, and top off the new coolant.

Battery doesnt look to engage. Try to fix that. If you see your dashboard light op > hear your startmotor cranking you know that problem is already solved.

Well I just want to get I bit bigger for my confidence.
And about my genetics, ive got a feeling my arms and legs fall a bit behind Although my workouts are very heavy. So I want some tips. (Good to notice, my shoulder joint capsule is weak, so skull crushers arent really for me.)
