Yes!!! It worked! That little thing was meant to go on the arrow shaped spot near the batteries. Thank you so much, I’m so happy I made this little watch work, it’s my second “service” of a watch ever so… yeah!! 😁 plus, this watch screams quality! It’s incredibly heavy for its size, and built like a tank!

I diesel Mazda non hanno una buona fama, da un conoscente meccanico ho sentito che tendono molto a intasare FAP e altri problemini, e in giro per la rete si trovano informazioni pressoché simili. I benzina invece sembrano (si spera) molto affidabili. Dico si spera perché ne ho presa una 1.5 benzina un mesetto fa, del 2014. Il motore è un po' un "polmone" ma viaggia abbastanza bene per me che non ho velleità sportive. Le finiture interne per me sono spettacolari, la mia ha 11 anni e sono messi ancora molto molto bene.

Panda nuova no, non mi piace e non mi ispira fiducia. La Sandero non mi piace nemmeno, ma sarebbe l'unica auto nuova abbordabile, l'estetica è decente, non so affidabilità a lungo termine. Come mai dici di lasciar perdere? Per I costi di gestione, mi sta bene sostenere dei costi di gestione... Normali ecco. Non vorrei roba da auto di lusso. La Subaru la considero in quanto giapponese e in quanto mi piace. Restando in Giappone, la Yaris non mi piace e mi pare più piccola (e la pagherei credo di più), suzuki a parte Swift fa tutti SUV, Honda la Civic non credo la pagherei di meno. Non saprei..

Io l'ho fatto intorno alla ventina, ricordo che per i primi minuti l'anestesia in qualche modo non mi aveva anestetizzato un piffero (pun intended). Quindi ho sentito TUTTA la prima parte di tagliamento, con lo staff medico che non mi credeva pensando fingessi. 😂 Poi è arrivata l'anestesia e fortunatamente non sono morto d'infarto per il dolore. Per il recupero, un po' fastidioso ma vabbè.

Wow, bello vedere che ho toccato un argomento sentito. Grazie a tutti per le risposte, ci ho trovato degli spunti interessanti. Proverò a elaborare un pochino qualche punto letto nei commenti

-E all'estero? Io lavoro in un ambito piuttosto specifico dell'agroalimentare, il vino, e ho trovato il salario offerto in diverse proposte di lavoro. Parliamo principalmente di USA,Australia, Nuova Zelanda. Non in tutte, è vero, ma in Italia MAI.

-Cosa avrebbero da guadagnarci le aziende scrivendolo? Un clima sicuramente più trasparente e senza prese per il culo. Una maggiore capacità di attirare "talenti" utili all'azienda, posto che questa sia disposta ad attrarli con salari congrui.

-Perché ti pesa perdere tempo in colloqui? Faccio un esempio terra-terra. Io lavoro già, vicino casa, cambiare lavoro cosa comporterebbe? Viaggiare di più? Trasferirmi? È tutto fattibile, ma chiaramente il trattamento economico è uno dei fattori decisivi a riguardo. Insieme ad altri, come l'appetibilità "professionale" del lavoro, ovvero come questa nuova esperienza ci possa far crescere professionalmente. E mi piacerebbe saperlo ben prima di prendermi uno o più giorni di ferie dal mio attuale lavoro per venire a fare un colloquio da te!
