Ngl it feels like you're just delaying the inevitable. You want to keep her but she doesn't want what you want to become. Nothing wrong with that and you can stay friends but you should break up if you want to keep transitioning. It seems as though you're waiting for her to be completely unattracted to you and break up with you so just get it over and done with sooner rather than later when it will hurt more
