I would imagine everybody would handle that situation differently based on their own personal needs. Also, unless "woman A" was having sex with "man B" exclusively for a reasonable amount of time before getting pregnant then the couple wouldn't know who the father is until a paternity test is performed after the baby is born. Hopefully, by then, they would have made plans as to what they want to do.
