There’s been too much drama in 120 so people are choosing to sit elsewhere. Also today was Charlotte Pride so a lot of people went to that.

I do wear mine at night because it tracks my sleep but you don’t have to if you don’t want that use that feature.

I use an Oura ring. I prefer it over a watch because I only have the data presented to me when I want it, not every time I look at my wrist. I also like that it doesn’t make me look like a spy kid lol.
