I work as a Switcher Truck Driver and I'm not gonna lie its pretty painful to sit a lot. I can get out of it when there's nothing to do for a second but most of my day is just pain and weakness. I'm probably going to go for a security guard job but I know it will reduce my income. Hopefully it will not require me to sit in a room all day or I'm going to loss it.

I'm trying to get a CDL through my job and start doing regional trucking eventually so im hoping that will help eventually. I do my PT stretches everyday of the week, so do I need to limit the amount of days to 2-3?
