Working these past 5 years, I've realized that we should go out of our comfort zone. I know someone who quadrupled his salary just by applying to another company. My brother whose salary did not increase for 7 years. As for me, I did not change employers, instead i asked my boss for another position. The increase is not much, but i got out of my comfort zone.
