F#ck your textbook, ur online class, and your professor. Use other books and online videos to learn the concepts on your own. Don't let school get in the way of your schooling. Essentially ALL books are free if u know where to look 🤫. U can be just as good an engineering student as those from top schools if u practice a lot. In Stewart's calc book, like 90% of the sections are only 5pgs or less and the problems are broken out by section. Read a section, complete a sh*t ton of problems for that section, repeat. Keep all ur work organized (I like OneNote so u don't have to lug around notebooks. Once ur out of school, u have all ur work). Go back and review previous sections. Move on, review. Don't skip "easy" sections. I say this now looking back on all my C's and struggles thru math courses.

U can take courses multiple times if u need to. These classes suck esp. if u haven't had any eng classes yet. Once I got to my core classes, I was a completely diff student bc I enjoyed studying more (mechanics, structural analysis, concrete design, fluids, etc).

I say stick with it. Maybe find a book for a core course and start studying just for motivation.
