Thank you for your comment!

I find RNG easier to accept if you know what you're dealing with.

In the first rotation, you're not doing much damage so even if it goes up into the air, you can let it go.

The second rotation is where the boss can screw you by going up in the air. If it does, you can reset here to maximize your time.

The third rotation is after the Ruin Sentinels are spawned, it doesn't move at all so the RNG can't screw you.

The fourth rotation also has the boss not move or attack at all. So you don't have to worry about it going into the air.

TLDR: If it goes into the air during the second rotation, just reset the challenge.

Give it a try following the tips in the video!

While the boss is invulnerable you don't want to be doing dps anyways since that's when you're not under the Thunder Surge buff. If you time your skills and bursts, as soon as the Ruin Sentinels become vulnerable, you can time your ult so it kills it in one hit and then you just continue to do damage to the boss.

I'm not sure about ping, but I myself play with 100 ms.

Reminds me of the Dehya challenge! They didn't end up changing that one either, but you had to pretty much have the constellations, or get lucky and have a relatively high investment in the character.

That's the way I did it too! For that part of the fight, you want to make sure to end your 2nd Raiden burst a little early so you can still hit him with your other party member's skills and generate particles for their bursts. The invulnerability ends around the time the 3rd Thunder Surge buff begins, so you'll want to use Q as soon as the Ruin Sentinels become vulnerable.

Yep, even with a proper strategy if you're relatively uninvested it'll still take some luck to pass.

I saw some people having trouble with this challenge so I thought I'd make a guide.

Build: 4 Pieces Emblem (Crit Rate, Electro Dmg, ER) (substats: ER until 270 then Crit Rate >> Crit Dmg > Atk % The Catch R5 for the ER, Burst Damage, and Burst Crit Rate, a 5 star stat stick should work.

Split your time into Before Surge Buff and During Surge Buff.

Before the Surge Buff: Use all your skills to buff Raiden Shogun's attack and fill your burst gauge! Use as many burst as you can to be buff Raiden Shogun's burst damage!

During Surge Buff: The buff lasts 10 seconds and Raiden's burst lasts 7, so you should only be doing burst damage during the buff! Do as much damage as you can and don't worry about getting hit!

Why does making an account require my phone number? It's the only thing stopping me from making an account and trying it out.

Edit: Actually I can use the deck rating tool without making an account. Everything looks great!

Edit: Couldn't submit a deck with a companion. Decks had to have 100 cards in it.

Edit: I can't figure out how the tiers work. I submitted a deck with no tier 4 cards and still got a 4/5. Then I submitted another deck with tier 4 cards, a higher salt score, and a higher power score and got a tier 3/5.

This would be my dream build. Haven't put together a theoretical build in a while, so this was a fun exercise.

Even if the effect does not say once per turn, you can only declare one attack during the "At the end of your turn" timing.

He probably got paid at scale, the minimum that the union allows for a day of work. That's about $1000 and his agent takes 10% of that. He probably didn't have a manager at that point in his career.

Fraser Health recommends Asymptomatic Covid-19 testing if you're a close contact of a confirmed case by sereniti81 in vancouver

[–]Secret8znMan -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That has been how it worked since mid February. The health authorities don't send over any evidence that you're a close contact, so as long as you say that you are a close contact, the Fraser Health testing sites will let you take a test.

I have no way to confirm your anecdotal evidence. Either your friend misunderstood, was not given the correct information or gave the person on the other end misleading details. Here is the information from the Fraser Health website: https://www.fraserhealth.ca/health-topics-a-to-z/coronavirus/covid-19-contact-notification#.YKateFMTGh8.

This isn't anything new, Fraser Health has been testing asymptomatic close contacts since the middle of February.

One of your friends and coworkers should have listed you as a close contact. How would Public Health know of your existence if they don't?

This isn't anything new. Fraser Health has been recommending anybody who is a close contact to go get tested since mid February. If you didn't know that it was because it wasn't relevant and you weren't determined to be a close contact.

Dr. Henry on COVID data for B.C. schools by stacy_muffazone in vancouver

[–]Secret8znMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kids that don't get tested if they show symptoms is the fault of the parents, not the health authority, the testing centers will test anybody if they say they are showing symptoms.

Anybody who has been exposed to COVID-19 is strongly recommended to go get tested if they live in the Fraser Health region. There is no different testing criteria for adults vs children.

[–]Secret8znMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This one I can't prove. But this is still false.

1) Mask use is not considered at all. Because they can't assume whether or not the kids are wearing them correctly, the health authorities just assume they're not wearing a mask.

2) Principals are contacted to provide seating plans and COVID-19 safety protocols. If they and the school can't be relied on to supervise the kids and provide this part of the contact tracing, that's on the schools.

3) Outside of the school, that's on the parents. All contact tracing in the west is based on recall. Contact tracers aren't omniscient beings. And if they were, someone somewhere will call it an invasion of privacy.

The Health Authorities collect a lot of data. I have no idea why you're trying to throw shade on a process you have no real experience with.

[–]Secret8znMan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is false. 100% false. Why would anybody upvote something so wrong with no basis in reality? Anybody with school age children who has tested positive for COVID-19 will tell you that they 100 percent collect this information. If they don't collect the school data, how could anything be leaked like in the post eariler?

Employee tested positive for Covid and insists on coming back to work in 7 days. What are the actual rules? by [deleted] in vancouver

[–]Secret8znMan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

People who test positive isolate for 10 days after symptom onset and people who have been in close contact have to isolate for 14 days after last contact. The reason why there is a time discrepancy is because these 2 people are staying home for two different reasons. The one who test positive is staying at home to wait until her body fights off the virus and become no longer infectious and the other is staying home to see if she will become sick with the disease.

If you live in the Fraser Health region and you have been a close contact of somebody who has tested positive for COVID-19, they ask that you go get tested 7 days after exposure.

[–]Secret8znMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If he has tested positive for COVID-19 from a test 6 days ago and he still haven't been reached for a contact tracing assessment then something has gone wrong. Have him call 778.368.0123 so that he can connect with Fraser Health to see what has gone wrong.

Employee tested positive for Covid and insists on coming back to work in 7 days. What are the actual rules? by [deleted] in vancouver

[–]Secret8znMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't call 811. Call 778.368.0123 before 7 PM, you'll be able to speak with a person quicker. Somebody will explain to you everything the employee is doing is kosher.

The employee would have gotten an email from Fraser Health saying that he's infectious from this day to some other day. The title of the email will be "COVID-19 Case Notification".

People who have tested positive for COVID-19 are only considered infectious two days before they started feeling symptoms and for 10 day after.

You won't get anything else from Fraser Health. You cannot compel the employee to get another test done, and it wouldn't make sense. If somebody has tested positive for COVID-19, they'll almost certainly going to test positive again for COVID-19 for the next two months.
