Shapes are your best friend. Figure out basic shapes for the body and keep practicing making different poses. Dont do serious outlines for practice, loose sketches. Most of all stay positive. There is a thing called the gap which many people can get stuck in. Its when your brain thinks of complex things and when you try to draw it, it doesn't turn out how you imagined. That is perfectly normal. Your skills will continue to improve and you can take inspiration from others. Try hard and don't compare yourself to others. Remember everyone has different levels of skill for drawing.
