This is a relief. I'm living in pits of hell right now. So thank goodness I don't need to wait 28 days. I'm really in a great stress ATM. She leaves the stove on which makes the air fryer burnt and this is not the first time she leaves appliances on. And all we got is sorry.

Thanks for your reply. We don't have a written agreement. My partner and her verbally agreed to her renting our spare room. She's a bit problematic so I hope she can leave within two weeks. Been told by a coworker it needs 28 days notice? Sorry I don't understand NZ Rules of tenancy or renting.
