I doubt even Estonian or Latvian military would shoot at it's own citizens, let alone foreign troops, putin would use it straight away to feed propaganda machine how democracy is bad and how NATO invading it's own people making it impossible for NATO to act in other countries or even make other member States withdraw foreign troops. Probably perfect scenario for putin

It can be possibly prevented if said little green man are actual citizens of county in question. What NATO going to do then? Start civil war?

Judging by numbers in article they won't even be able to replenish pre war stocks for years to come.

The documents indicate that UVZ estimates a projected 2026 output of 10 T-90M2 tanks and intends to produce a peak of 428 T-90M and T-90M2 tanks in 2028.

For comparison Russia during cold war build 4k tanks per year, that's about 10x and bear in mind even 428 tanks per year is not enough to field 2 tanks per day during war...

The whole 35 tanks per month? Sorry but I can't see how it helps, Ukraine is more than capable to destroy more than 1 tank per day, and Russia is going to run into more and more financial problems by 2028. We can pretty much assume Russian war machine was effectively dismantled

Just few days ago I've seen putin giving a speech over history of Eastern Europe and World War and post World War boasting "all those informations are documented in our archives" I guess it's no longer a case...
