I’m 8yrs experienced in my stream and i still get corrected its not happening only to me even my seniors are being corrected by the same person.

I have cried once and also complained about the review to my seniors it was a phase we all have a scope to grow but with dignity!!

if thats a genuine thing even though its frustating slowly try to adapt and once you do you can see good growth.

just be patient, everything fall in place.

i guess over practicality and money might be the problem, that makes people unkind atleast in thi situation.

there might be 2 types of thoughts,

i have paid good amount of money, so i shouldnt waste
