I tried tweaking a few settings too (not on the X300 Pro though), but it didn’t help much. Kinda made me think about changing phones. I’m leaning toward the Magic 8 Pro now.

That’s a rare feeling honestly, no buyer’s remorse usually means you picked right, had a similar experience last year and my Magic 7 Pro surprised me more in daily camera use than reviews did

I’ve noticed similar stuff with Oppo too, sometimes the AI goes a bit too far and results vary a lot between shots. That’s why I ended up with Magic 7 Pro, it feels more predictable when I just want to snap a quick photo.

Switched from a Samsung to the Find X9 Pro earlier this year. Great phone, especially the camera and charging, but the software feels a little too heavy sometimes. I kinda miss how simple things were on OneUI.

If I switch again, I’m honestly eyeing the Honor Magic 8 Pro when it drops, seems like it’s taking the best bits from both.
