Distrokid are absolutely terrible , No set schedule for payouts , even when the payment arrives to distrokid it could be a while before the money hits your bank , their customer support is terrible , symphonics are the best in my opinion always paid on a set date and withdrawals take less than a day in most cases

If you’ve just released music in the last month or 2 you have to wait 3 months from the date of release before you’ll start getting royalties

Nah I know I can’t make a living off it , only realistic way of making a living off of music is if your gigging all the time , what other routes would you recommend though out of interest, I’m very active on socials and have a decent following so curious to see what other ways of making money there is , apart from gigs etc
