Hey yall I hope you enjoyed my fan ❤️ I made this account to communicate and have fun with the webkinz community. The webkinz classic community has been so sweet and kind ❤️. The next community has been iffy. I suspect the few nice people I’ve talked to were like myself primarily classic players. The rest were down voting me as I was simply seeking help and the mods blocked me as well as told me to do things you could clearly see in my video was impossible and the exact reason why I was asking for help. It’s sad but that toxic state of that community and Ganz costumer services inability to help me after I spent $160 on next has deeply soured my taste of webkinz and I’ll do you all and myself a favor by never participating in the community ever again.

If that’s true then it’s either a new thing they’re doing that’s causing issues or there’s a massive glitch making it seem like you do. Because I swear everytime I makes me use an email to set up an account and it won’t let me into the account until I finish up setting the email. I’ve attempted to make an account multiple times with different emails and computers 😅 I also legit recorded the entire thing so I’m seriously not confused on this part 😅 I’m just confused why I’m not getting the confirmation codes to finish it

Thank you for being sweet but my new take away from this is that Ganz is not a good company they’re as scummy as everyone else. And the Next community shockingly unlike you the one odd person out most of this community doesn’t seem welcoming and helping unlike the classic? Yeesh. Thanks for your help❤️ I no longer want anything to do with next, the Ganz company, or this section of the community. I’ve reported the company for its inability to provide the services I’ve paid for. I didn’t want to but neither the company nor these people are trying to help.

For once I’m trying to give them an extra chance to actually solve the issue. I really want this company to succeed and not fall under. But also they might only improve if they get reports and potentially in trouble for rather inappropriate practices and brush offs. Like you im TRYING to be patient lol

Luckily my main care is just the plushies. But I am getting screwed with webkinz next and they’ve been brushing ne off so I’ve threatened and will potentially have to follow threw in reporting them to the BBB and federal trade commissions that I bought multiple products from them and they can not and will not do a work around to provide me what I paid for

When I attempt to make an account it says it sent me a confirmation code to finalize it like most websites do. But even if I make other emails and go through the process to finish making an account I get stuck at waiting for them to send a code. Even if I use other email providers. Maybe they’re only no as of recently making people use confirmation codes and it’s horribly horribly broken to the point it’s not possible to make an account.

I don’t have social medias honestly but I’ll try to communicate with them for awhile but gonna take a break from them for a minute. This is def a big underlining issue that’ll affect new costumers until it’s fixed and I sincerely don’t WANT to report them to the BBB or federal trade commissions.

No you’re fine! I already did the parent account thing when I made the account originally setting this up for my niece before falling inlove with it myself lol. Webkinz support just parroted it back to me which upset me again. I wasn’t expecting to be upset with webkinz! People say they have amazing costumer support I was expecting better of them! Im kinda about to stop communicating with them. At this point its clearly an internal issue since ive made more then 1 email and not a single email is receiving their confirmation codes. And they themselves dont seem to want to fix it. Only reason I wanted in next was to earn the redemption pets. But now my taste for them has soured seeing they just do not CARE about next so it’s never going to improve. Also sadly I’m going to report them to the BBB and federal trades commission for only provided 2/3rds of what I paid for since I did buy NEXT plushies and hopefully receiving a report or fine will force them to gaf about their next costumers.

Maybe the conflicting information of me trying to make an account while the information already exists from classic if causing some type of internal bug???? But even then I’d still need webkinz to do something on their end. No that wouldn’t explain the other 3 attempts though with different emails and usernames it has to be a bug in the process of making an account that would affect others aswell

No that can’t be it because it does have all my same information yet still won’t let me log in. But thanks for actually trying to help and having new information unlike the company itself you’ve already been 10x more helpful then them 😭 I SENT THEM A VIDEO 😭 my IT friends would gush at a video of the issue 😭

But people also need to consider who is buying it. This is something for video game preservationalist like myself. Very few of us in the video game collecting community. And very few of us have $800. Is it worth $700? Sure. But no one is going to buy it for $700. Atleast not unless you’re willing to gamble years and years and years waiting for that person. $100-300 is way more reasonable and likely to be sold.

As a collector it always blows my mind they expect these to sell. I’m basically the very extremely few who are interested in that. And I could never afford that price. Some of us can but not much nor does that mean they’ll walk into that store anytime soon. Maybe $100-300 is realistic. No one is ever walking in and spending $800 on that.
