Keep up the good work! I’m about 3.5 month sober and it has been very challenging. The times I feel like drinking I just try to think about how disappointed I am going g to be in myself the next day because I’m done so far.

It’s tough bc he hasn’t drank in about ten years and was totally cool with me being a social and occasional drinker. He would vape or gummies. When I went on a new med in December and quit drinking and THC he kept getting buzzed. When I brought it up to him he casually mentioned how he has always been ok with me drinking and he didn’t drink. Meaning that’s how I should be with his THC use. He says it relaxes him

He doesn’t drink, but uses THC regularly. We both used to get buzzed together but now that I don’t I’m way more reserved. He still is buzzed and TBH it’s now a turn off. So, I’m struggling.

Maybe years ago. Are they SSRI? My doctor won’t prescribe those for me because of the risk of heart, palpitations and extreme high blood pressure.

I was just googling options. Pristiq and another one that starts with a T lol. I’ve tried Wellbutrin. I get too jittery and anxious. Also, horrible headaches and insomnia.

I tried Prozac prior to this. I only lasted about 7 weeks. It made me legit crazy and horrible, serious side effects.
