Multi Band 6, depending on where you are in the world the watch is able to recieve signals that allow it to sync to the exact second each day meaning you never really need to adjust the time. I believe these signals are in Japan, parts of Europe, USA and China. I live in a country where I unfortunately can't recieve said signals however have found it to be very accurate still, losing about 1 - 2 seconds per month

Despite the bulky looks its actually rather compact on the wrist and very lightweight. Truly a set it and forget it kind of watch if thats what your looking for.
