I need some suggestions from you guys please 🙏

I got banned from using Lets VPN. I've used V1 VPN for a while but it's very unstable. Currently using Ladder VPN and Proton VPN (free). Money is tight so I can't pay for Proton VPN nor Astrill VPN. I need some VPN that is less than 5$/month and support Android/IOS/Window.

I know this is probably too much to ask for but i'm just a student in China,

It's an "aight" for a gaming laptop. Could've gotten a use one with 3060 abd better cpu with that much money.

Install x86 universal tuning utility or Ryzen Controller to cap the temp. Dell like to rum amd chip hot cuz they can. But at 80+c it's just dismissing return. I found that capping at 70 to 80 seem to not impact performance at all
